Lawyers working with school districts have been trained by the best to divert the real issues and harass the parent and the individuals assisting in the process.
Read the attached motion. The response received revolves around the same issues - meaningless and not having anything to do with my reasons to file for due process.
Let's remember --
My kid is not receiving an appropriate free and public education per IDEA 2004.
My kid is not reading at grade level and a scientific, research based reading program is not being used.
I requested an independent evaluation with Dr. Susan Crum and per Mrs. Bluett during the resolution meeting: "At this juncture, we are not approving Dr. Crum because she is not in PCSB's vendors list and because we do not know her."
I know many parents whose kids are going thru the same and worse.
The time is here to keep filing the state complaints. The time is here to file for due process.
Do not delay. Your child will thank you.
